This was described to me by the PO of my SC as a 'Big Man's Wheel'. He was a big dude but the small diameter (13", 318mm) afforded him the extra knee space he needed....since I'm only 5'9 I'm putting this up for sale. Excellent condition but no brand that I can see. $125.00 plus shipping. Thanks.
