I have noticed lately that it is getting difficult to engage reverse gear after a long drive when the car is good and warm. It just seems to grind the syncro. Getting into reverse when the car is cold does not seem to be a problem. Also, if I start the car clutch in with reversed engaged, no problem.

Does this sound like a clutch or transmission problem to you guys?
