You'll see when you jump in. You'll use spacers between the hinges and the lid, and you can adjust the lid on thej oval hinge openings.

But a very important note. When the lid is being closed, it will come very close to panel above the engine area. And if you're not careful and get it on too far forward toward the front of the car, you'll scrape the paint when you close it--even though the gap will be a 1/8" or 1/4" when closed--so watch this.
