Ok - here's the deal:
m21sniper has been reinstated.
The rest of the folks on Ban Island that are there because of the 'language barrier' will be reinstated this Tuesday. The parole board met, and they will be released due to good behavior... (aka: per Wayne, the bans will be lifted on Tuesday)
