It'll be interesting; I had two-chamber flowmasters on a 5.0L Mustang with no Cats and was very pleased with the idle sound level. It was pretty loud when you were on it but that was fine with me. I assume most people are using the two chamber 80 Series.
I would just get used to it but I believe something is wrong with my B&B internally. Very little exhaust comes out of the passenger tip. Covering that tip does practically nothing while it's very difficult to cover the drivers side tip and, even still, not much comes out of the passenger side.
