Same directional thing applies for Victoracers (and the flip inside out thing) Yokohama A032R (if anybody has any of these left, they're OLD like mine) and Hankook Z211. They can all be run inside out and backwards.

The one R compound that I can think of that may not like it or perform lesser would be the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup. The outer shoulder is constructed differently than the inboard side and their documentation for the tire makes no mention of flipping the tire when the tread pattern begins to disappear, like other manufacturers DO recommend

The only thing I can think of at the moment that should also force you to reverse the direction of the tire is an exposed tread splice.
