I'm not a NASCAR fan but if I were a betting man I would bet on them going strong for a long time to come.
The race I went to in Fontana the fans were mostly middle to upper middle class families, mostly festooned with hundreds of dollars of NASCAR paraphernalia (hats, jackets, radio scanners) the seat were expensive and the stands were packed.
I wish I had a piece of that pie.
