This is a little off subject but I find it difficult to justify a $10k premium for the Prius over a base Corolla. Even at $5/galon gas the ROI is over five years. Of course, I am not factoring in environmental benefits but I live in Chicago where the environment is a tertiary consideration at best
The good news is I can convince my wife it is not worth selling my 996 for $23,000 to buy a Prius for $26,000.
