That is NOT what we use to currently. Do you really not know where the majority of electricity comes from? Maybe in the FUTURE but not NOW.

Yep I am sure it is so much easier to drill under water than on dry land. Say it with me, "Economical." As in, why should they drill somewhere that will cost more (driving up the end cost) when there are places that are more economic to drill that are being used by foreign powers anyway? FYI, economical does not equal easier. It equals more yield for dollar spent. Has nothing to do with difficulty.
