I joined civil service as a typist.
I was assigned to a 4-typist group.
As a newbie, I started to get all the work.
I started noticing that the other 3 typist started to just be on the phone (a few business but mostly personal calls) and just reading paperbacks.
Summary:
I was able to finish in 2 days the workload budgeted/allocated for 4 typist!!!! You guys decide.
p.s.,
Of course, I did not complain. Instead I used the 3 days to do my school work as I was also 18 units of college work. As soon as I graduated, I left govt work and entered the private sector.
