 Yep I am sure it is so much easier to drill under water than on dry land. Say it with me, "Economical." As in, why should they drill somewhere that will cost more (driving up the end cost) when there are places that are more economic to drill that are being used by foreign powers anyway? FYI, economical does not equal easier. It equals more yield for dollar spent. Has nothing to do with difficulty. |
Maybe they should drill in your head, I think there is a lot of oil in there.
