bought a scissor lift today

After many years of useing car jacks, ramps etc. I finally decided to start looking for a used lift. I couldn't justify buying new but a good used one was within budget Recently on Craigslist I found one for sale and sent the guy an email. He provided the data that he had. It's a 7-8 year old Ammco lift, it has two hydraulic cylinders, runs on 110 volt and lift to 48 inches. He purchased it from the original owner who had two twin post lifts and this scissor. Supposedly it was used mostly for ATV's so minimal weight. The original price was $2,000.00 The guy I bought it from is into ATV's and midget and sprint cars so again minimal weight vehicles. He was selling because he needed the room. I got it for $800.00 which I think is a great price for what appears to be a excellent quality unit. They are manufactured in Tenn. so parts should be available if needed. I snapped a few pics while it's sitting on my utility trailer, I was really surprised how well my utility trailer handled this beast I can't wait to get this setup and get my 914/6 conversion up in the air.
