I grew up the son of a mechanic, it is all I know. I did some other things when I was younger, like plumbing, security work ect, but I always returned to the cars. I started making a living with the wrench over 20 years ago and I can no longer stand it. For the last several years I have been looking for something else to do. Starting over at the bottom isn't an option so I plan to stick it out for another 7 years then walk away from it. I feel ya brother. I get no joy from wrenches any more it is just a job and that is not a good feeling.
