Tire Rack is my recomendation.

Of course, if you really want to save money over the life of the tires, buy local. Most places will have higher pricers than Tire Rack, but will warrant the tires and provide free rotations for their lifetime.

Also, don't forget that when you buy online you must pay shipping and most shops really tack on the fees (balance, rotate, disposal) for tires that you did not buy there...
