Agreed.
In NY, Long Island to be specific there was a local family owned tire store, All Weather Tire.
Consistently beat out places like Tire Rack.
Service was great, place was like a little pit stop. Pull up and there are 20 guys with floor jacks in the bays and parking lot.
Tell em what you need, negotiate the price, up goes the car and 15 minutes later you are done.
Can't beat it. I miss that place.
