How you can always tell a SCAM when you are looking at something like that:

1. They will have a fancy web page, documents, presentation, etc. etc. etc.

2. They will always tell you how great they are, and go through some long explanation of their process, service, etc. to try to get you comfortable.

BUT, they key to all of them:

At some point, you will be asked to send money, and it will ALWAYS be before you have received anything of value.

When you see that in the end, the money is out of your pocket and you have not received anything (other than a promise of something), its probably a scam.
