Your still thinking too superficially, take it down a step....and think about it as a portrayal of one faction to another. Your also looking for the word DIVISIVE...it is to creat division within the targeted audience by portraying one faction as being status quo orientated.
I am giving my own question away..but I am leading your thinking in a direction.
