Believe me, I will have lots to say to my buddies at the machine shop....
They're usually very good and treat me well, but I'm surprised they didn't let me know when it happened. I had the heads done quite some time ago, so I'm not inclined to go charging in full of fire. I'm sure they'll make things right when I bring them another head and show them the damage they caused.
I've talked to Tom and bought parts from him several times before. He's a good guy to deal with and I certainly plan on contacting him about a replacement.
