Yes I had exactly the same failure

You really need to change the Pump relay !!, the is the cause of all the trouble.

The Pump relay is get sticky and the pump stay ON while you riding and the pressure build and the switch fail because of continuous high pressure (fatigue).

You want also to verify the condition of the low pressure port plastic insert.
In my case because the pump kept running the pump heat and the plastic insert melted, reducing the input flow.


Another possible source of problem is the pressure accumulator. make sure that once you fix the pressure switch that your system recharge in a reasonable time (around 30sec) and maintain charge.
