Colts are so ridiculously overpriced that they're not even a good bargain with a LEO discount. You can find better guns with more mods on them all day long for less than a bare bones Colt M4 runs. A lot of folks build them from scratch and just add mods as they have money. You can get lower receivers for $100 anywhere. As with track cars, it's usually cheapest to buy a complete rifle that someone else has already tricked out. There are some amazing ones out there on
