You don't need spacers in front BUT you will experience some slight rubbing at full lock. You'll notice it when backing out or fitting into a tight parking spot, most likely.
The rear wheels you described have too large an offset, 65mm, which pushes them inward towards the car. The tire will rub against the trailing arm, oil line, etc. under load. Ideally, you want a rear offset of approx 50mm, so a 15mm spacer will give you adequate clearance.
