Good idea. I plan to buy a short hood as a daily driver in the near future. Then might get something special for weekends if prices really tank. My '74 is staying for the forseeable future. I bought it for 25K four years ago (overpaid, but it was the right car at the right time, and had some valuable tweaks I wanted -- also has a euro 3.0 in it, with the 2.7 on the side in the deal). I have another 25 in it for track prep. I'm sure if I tried to sell it, I would struggle for 25 now. I love the 'early' feel to the car.
