Okay. So Team U.S.A. walloped China today in basketball. Yawn. How about sports you don't see practically everyday in the U.S., like:

Badminton: hardcore. These guys have some serious athletic ability and high-speed reactions. The "birdie" or "shuttle cup" the players hit, goes much faster than I expected. This isn't something played in the back yard with the kids.

Handball: I think that's what it's called. A variable of soccer, but played with the hands using a ball that can be thrown between the players and into the net. Cool game.

Personally, I'm looking forward to Table Tennis. IMO it's one of the best games in The Games.
