At the rates the credit card companies charge, it always makes more sense (to me
) to pay them down/off. You're unlikely to achieve a comparable rate of return on your investments to offset the CC interest charges, so get rid of those pesky debts & interest charges as quickly as you can. Of course, make sure you have sufficient liquid assets to handle unexpected emergencies.
