Last weekend I drove by a very small town garage in Northern VA and saw two 914's ('76 and '74) sitting there in a not so cared after way.
I called the owner and here is the scoop....
The '74 1.8L was bought for parts for the '76 2.0L. The '76 does run when the carb is tuned right.
Both cars are fairly complete, rough but complete! Asking price is $2500 for both.
I was hoping to get one for a parts car but not for $2500. He will be selling the '74 when he is done taking off what he needs.
