I think this has a lot to do with Poland and the Czech Republic. I dont think they feel warm and fuzzy about hosting our Missile Defense Batteries. If the Russians brutally attacked Georgia what the heck are they going to do to them?
Anyone catch Condeleezza Rice referring to Russia as the "Soviet Union" a few months ago?
