Yup, sorry I did not read more carefully.
And yes, NetShare does use WiFi for the tether.
How long have you been tethering on ATT with the Q9h? I'm worried ATT would notice the non-iPhone traffic on my iPhone and cut me off. I guess I could change the user/agent setting on my laptop browser to "iPhone" but I would still be concerned that ATT could sniff me out and snuff my account.
