I remember your enthusiasm for the toaster tanks, and this is a very sweet and tempting bike. However (1) the Moto Guzzi fills the "old school"/cafe niche and (2) I'm thinking about an all-Italian motorcycle stable, so the Ducati MH900e will fill the esoteric/exotic gap (cheaper and more comfortably than an MV Agusta F4). With the Aprilia and the Guzzi, it should make a nice garage. And the Duc is probably going to cost $10-12k, so it's that and nothing else right now!
Surely you can "hide" these few thousand dollars as a rounding error in your SWB project! You buy it, and I'll ride it back for you. (spits in, and then extends hand).
