I was talking to a lady who had a beautiful elaborate turquoise necklace. I was looking at it... it was obviously meant to be admired... and then I noticed she had big boobs and was wearing a deep v-neck. I snapped up to her eyes and she just smiled at me.
I think in her case she thought it was an acceptable.
