While it is true that the values of these cars are going up and the 944s are still going down I must tell you that if you perform the changes I noted above.... the 924 will definately not disappoint you. What was the one thing that all the old car write ups said was holding the 924 back? The power of the engine. All other items it was top of the bunch and won 1st place against all its rivals at the time.(brakes, handleing, fit and finish, eronomincs and such) I can get the article and quote if you want.

Also you can very easily update to any of the 944 items. The brakes to 5 bolt 4 wheel discs for instance just bolt right up. Hey some thing else to note. All the changes to the engine except for the came srocket and the ignition are internal. So they are invisible until you step on the pedal!

When the flag drops the bull stops. If you want a 924 that flys.... you can do it. Limitations... no offence JonA but the 924 is a fantastic car that really does not have limitations. Fenders can be flaired if you want.. all can be upgraded. What else can you get in Porsche World that will run 0-60 in less than 7 sec for about $3000K? (Well a nice ly modified 931 will also do this.) Put this on a chassis that is extreemly well ballanced and clean and with the 5 bolt wheels and discs... you have all the brakes you need for such a lite chassis.

Well for anyone that wants to mod their 924 send me a message.

Eric
