The city built it actually, buddy of mine did some of the electrical on the place and his checks came from The City Of Denver. Honestly I think this is a good idea, any group that comes to my city to cause grief should be detained. I believe something like this happened in 2004 with the RNC and fingerprinting but my memory is foggy.
