How do I get a grant to research stuff like this, I have a million stupid things that just need to be proven like...
How many licks does it really take to get to the center of a tootsie pop.I think I will need about $5 mil in grants 4 years and 30 or so hot blonds to lick my lollie pop (s) oh and 1 brunette to keep tally.
The list goes on forever.
