Been doing the beer thing this summer along with lighter Spanish, Argentine, etc. reds. Last night i stopped by a neighbors and it turns out he's a bit of a wine person (not the stuffy sort either!) and he offers me some of this:
AHA! White wine doesn't have to be super sweet! I've enjoyed Reisling but had yet to try a Sauvignon Blanc. Turns out this stuff is a lot more 'interesting' than standard grocery store pinot grigios and such.
