An acquaintance of mine owns a Winery in CA. His real income is selling grapes to the larger vintners. His passion is making Ports and Sherry's...which regularly win Gold Medals in competitions.
He can have any wine he likes to drink, as the wine making community in CA is very small. What does he drink everyday...One of his Red Jug Wines that comes in gallon jugs with a screw cap....
So don't give me this BS about wine and wine making.
