I Cali, if you are with a robber (as in the accomplice) & he gets killed during the commission of the crime, you are charged with his death (even if the police killed him)
I say fry him, it would be nice if Cali would clear out some of the death row backlog, i think there are something like 650 thugs waiting for their day to come
