My boss did a Power Point for his bosses about alll the problems that needed fixed. Title was "Opportunities for Solutions".

Here are a few I see almost every day in company emails, which I consider to be spam:

synergy
position ourselves
best practices
full suite of products
solutions
reach out
key
target audience

I make it a point to never ever use any of these terms and to especially use something else in their place when dealing with co-workers who would normally use these words.
