yet another thought;
-i like the idea of owning an 'entry level' home as an investment. i feel like there will always be a market for it (not necessarily a profitable one but the liquidity is maybe better than niche stuff).

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
