I look at CNN once in a while but a lot of the stories just try to make people outraged and I like to keep my brain more peaceful.

The older I get the less I need the sensationalism. It's not good for my peace of mind.

NPR is good and I'm often surprised that there is a balance of opinions presented, without all the trashy "news" about the latest tow-headed toddler who was ripped apart by her mother's Muslim Mexican boyfriend's shaved pitbulls.
