Nope, it's the original bumper, I didn't like the original look with thoses big rubber bumper things. I took to work and had one of the guys weld it with aluminum. Just used the grinder after that and it came out smooth, didn't even use any bondo on it. It did take a long time to get it smooth between the grinder and sandpaper block. Here are some more pictures.
