The best Rotary conversion shop that I have heard of is in Santa Barbara, CA. Named Mariah Motor Sports-Desigh Energy, 414 North Salsipudes, SB CA 93101, 805-965-5115.
The do rebuilds, supply conversion parts and will do complete installations....
