you should be fine, I think they should be able to tell by the position of the car when the light turned red that you were already in the intersection.

There's a light in town that takes my picture everytime I turn right on red. Not sure exactly how they can tell the difference from one picture between entering to turn right or going through but they keep taking it and I've never received anything from them.
