Just a warning, it's a PITA to splice in a piece in the middle of a wall. You have to do a lot of twisting around of the surrounding siding, so make sure you do it while the temps outside are warm. They make a special tool to help latch and unlatch the siding, it would be helpful in this case. Honestly, between matching the color, brand, and style of siding, it might be better to call a vinyl siding company and have them fix it. Otherwise you might be doing a lot of legwork to find the right stuff.
