We work for Lockheed Martin. I'm not sure I want to live in a community unless I can have an acre or so and a fairly large garage ( 3 bay ). I'm also not into home owner associations
Would prefer city water and sewer but not a show stopper. Like anyone else we want privacy,close to work,acreage,cheap,hospitals near,shopping near all for $80,000.00
Living in Orlando we know traffic and having driven to our sons house we know Atlanta traffic
We currently have a 7 minute drive to work which is VERY nice. We'll see how this all plays out.
