I am trying not to be a complainer but like I said it has been so unusualy hot here that I need to do something even if its just the whole house fan thing. I put a new roof on a few years ago and went from wood shingles to concrete tiles and that seemed to help a little to keep the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I am tring not to spend very much money on this house as we are still thinking about building a new house on our beach property and use this one as a rental so why spend a bunch of money just so the renters are more comfortable.
