I would think that getting a national/international group involved like PCA or Excellance would be a huge lift to a charity project. I also would think that choosing the charity sooner rather than later, and also one that everyone can indentify with such as a children's charity, should be task #s 1 and 2.

I would bet that there are numerous 911 projects out there that are simply not going to be finished by the current owner(s), and that they also participate here. Choosing the project should be done by a small group of 911 experts who are located in Cali and who can all meet as a group to view the subject vehicle and come to a consensus.

I can offer neither time nor expertise, but money for parts (through Pelican of course) would be easy as pie.
