yesterday, and then drove out to Walnut Creek. Today we went to three of our power plants in Pittsburg.
During the drive from SFO north through the city and then out to Walnut Creek, I was thinking that I could really easily see why you nuts live here

. It's a beautiful area, and the 70° temps in Aug are pretty nice.
Within 2 minutes of leaving the airport, I saw a cobra (possibly a kit, but still) and a 356C. The only other interesting cars that I've seen were a brown long hood 911 and an early mini.
I'm leaving again tomorrow morning.
I wish I'd been able to stay longer and was with someone else more interesting.
Beautiful area, but the cost of housing is way past ridiculous, it's insane.
