Value of a 74??

I am thinking of selling my 74 911 coupe (non "S"). It is a driveable project car. The car was parked outside for a number of years until it was registered and driven again late last year. The car was owned by the same person for approximately 20 years.
no major rust (very minor rust spot at the battery box)
60k mile car (although I don't have records to show it)
pop off valve, but no C-chain upgrade
needs new paint as original paint faded as well as the previous owner tried to fix some door dings by patching with bondo.
solid car, no signs of accidents
interior in decent condition, cracked dash, seats are not ripped or torn, just the driver's side seam undone to the length of maybe 2-3 inches. Other then that, the seats look pretty new.
sunroof not working
engine pulls really hard
tranny shifts smooth, no funny noises
car feels very tight

I am having a hard time deciding if I want to give it a new paint job and make it much more presentable or sell as is. Also, there aren't very many 74's around to serve as reference.

thanks in advance.
