This bit stuck out to me. It's like he's saying, in other words, "We've done a lot of work figuring out what needs to be done -- the requirements and crafting of strategy. But we're going to take that work with us when we leave, so the next sorry bastages who get our jobs will have to start over from scratch on this thing. hahahahaha."
