this has been covered many times here, search on both techlusion and rapidbike. They are different technologys that accomplish essentially the same thing, which is richening a lean stock condition. The RBIII has a few extra features, such as ignition advance and quick shift capability, which may or may not be necessary depending on what you wish to accomplish. For my needs the Techlusion has been perfect, easy to install and set-up, and obvious performance enhancement.
