EDIT: I think I got the links to work. And these stories are just a few example of train accidents which were chosen because they involve other trains. You wouldn't think that the Maglev would hit another train (because it is unique/maglev), but indeed it hit a repair vehicle of some kind. Point of the posting is human error.
